I seem to be having a crush on all things Diane Von Furstenberg lately as the lady has been surprising me with lethal amounts of gorgeousness. I attended her SS 2012 show last September and was totally flabbergasted with all the pretty runway creations. I got the chance to briefly meet her and I can assure you she’s an amazing beautiful, elegant and energetic woman, which pretty much explains where her creations come from.
By now you should all be pretty much familiar with the legendary DVF wrap dresses (if not… shame on you!), but Diane Von Furstenberg anno 2012 is probably all you’ve ever wished for… it’s vibrant pastels, embellishments, interesting textures and mind-boggling prints all combined into an extremely elegant, sexy and very feminine collection.
Behold I’d say and I’m really curious if you’ll soon be sharing my DVF obsession…
I’ve also hooked my girls up with some lovely DVF as Diane did this amazing cute collab with Gap Kids. The collection is still exclusively available in Brussels in the most adorable pop-up store ever. If you have little girls, then you should really go and check it out as the prices are totally affordable for looks that will have your ladies looking totally stylish.
Just in case you can’t hold your horses: check out the DVF shops in Brussels, Antwerp and Knokke.
Collab & Lady DVF
The Queenbee of prints, lady Diane Von Furstenberg seems to be enjoying collaborations with interesting brands and she has my heart going boom boom boom for the very succulent collab between lady Diane and denim mavens Current/Elliott. It’s a capsule collection of 6 pieces (3 pairs of jeans, a dress and a short) that are totally combinable with all the other pretty DVF goodies…
